What is the National Council for State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreement?

The National Council for State Authorizations Reciprocity Agreement (NC-SARA) is an agreement among member states, districts and territories that establishes equivalent national standards for interstate offering of postsecondary online courses.

El Paso Community College has been approved to participate in the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements.

Pursuit of Professional Licensure at EPCC

If you reside outside of Texas, we strongly recommended that you contact the licensing board in your state before starting an academic program at EPCC. Academic programs and graduating students must meet criteria established by your state’s licensing requirements to be eligible for a license.
