El Paso County Community College District does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, gender, age, or disability in providing educational programs and services or in employment opportunities and benefits. The College is committed to compliance in all of its activities and services with the requirements of Title VI and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.


Sexual Harassment Prevention

Students have the right to pursue their education in an environment free from sexual harassment. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment. The El Paso Community College does not tolerate the sexual harassment of students or employees. Additional information or assistance with filing a complaint may be obtained by calling the Employee Relations Department.

Inquiries concerning educational programs and services under Title VI, Title IX, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act should be directed to the Office of the Vice President for Student Services.

Inquiries regarding compliance in employment should be directed to the Office of the Associate Vice President for Employee Relations.
