This website is provided to publish various El Paso Community College financial information including quarterly investment reports. This site is maintained by the Comptroller's office and reports will be updated quarterly following board meetings or whenever the investment policy might be revised. In keeping with the College's investment policy, investments are managed with Safety as its preeminent objective, followed by, in their order of importance, liquidity and yield. The institution does not employ outside investment advisors or managers, nor does EPCC use any soft dollar, directed brokerage or directed commission, commission recapture, or similar arrangements.

Investments Policy

Inquiries regarding the Institution's investments may be directed to the office of the Comptroller.

The college is associated with an independent foundation. The Foundation is active but relatively small at this time in terms of investments. As of August 31, 2023, the Foundation had investments valued at $2,543,419.70. The EPCC Foundation conducts an annual independent audit. Inquiries regarding the Foundation's investments may be directed to the Foundation Office.
