Reporting

Any person may report an incident of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, stalking, and sex-based discrimination to the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator (whether or not the person reporting is the person alleged to have experienced the conduct). Reports can be made in person, by mail, by telephone, by email, or online.

Submit a Report

All EPCC employees are designated as mandatory reporters and must promptly report known instances of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, domestic violence, or stalking to the Title IX Coordinator or Deputy Title IX Coordinator.

What happens after I report?

After a report is received, the Title IX Coordinator reviews the information and may contact the reporter for additional details. When the impacted individual(s) are known, the Title IX Coordinator will typically offer outreach to explain options, review supportive measures, and walk through potential next steps, including what to expect under each available resolution process.
