Awards from financial aid programs are administered according to the laws and guidelines governing those programs. Priority is given to students with the greatest documented need whose complete applications are received by the March 15th priority date.

How to Apply


Financial Aid assistance is available for those who qualify, completing a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is easier than ever with the integrated IRS Data Retrieval Tool. We strongly recommend the use of this option to simplify the application process and to ensure a secure way to transfer all accurate data into the FAFSA application.

Very important, make sure to activate your EPCC email account and review it regularly as we send all correspondence there.

Getting Your Money

Returning the signature portion of your Award Notification authorizes use of financial aid funds for payment toward tuition, fees, and any other outstanding debts to the college.

All financial aid disbursements are paid electronically. Financial Aid recipients who have a remaining balance, after tuition, fees, and other outstanding debts will receive their refund the first week of each semester. Students must submit a Student Direct Deposit Form (PDF) to the nearest EPCC Bursar Office.
