A self-service online tool that students and staff may use to request a variety of Information Technology related services.
The IT Work Request System is the primary way for students and staff to submit a request for many common Information Technology services, including:
- General PC hardware and software tech support
- Network & phone installation and troubleshooting
- EPCC Public Website content updates
- MyEPCC support
Users can access the IT Work Request System by visiting servicedesk.epcc.edu.
Submit a Work Request
- An EPCC Account is required to log in
- Users may submit new requests, and also make changes to their existing ones.
- Notification emails will automatically be sent as a request progresses.
