IT Work Request System

A self-service online tool that students and staff may use to request a variety of Information Technology related services.


The IT Work Request System is the primary way for students and staff to submit a request for many common Information Technology services, including:

  • General PC hardware and software tech support
  • Network & phone installation and troubleshooting
  • EPCC Public Website content updates
  • MyEPCC support

Users can access the IT Work Request System by visiting

  • An EPCC Account is required to log in
  • Users may submit new requests, and also make changes to their existing ones.
  • Notification emails will automatically be sent as a request progresses.
