The EPCC Center for Corporate and Workforce Training (CCWT) provides training to participants for employment by providing quality educational programs that promote self-sufficiency and meet employers’ needs. CCWT provides workforce training, continuing education courses, and corporate training services to military spouses, veterans, and the community at large. Participants learn the skills that will lead them to productive employment and job advancement. We offer face-to-face trainings and online courses.

Participants are self-pay, or, if they qualify, participants may receive funding through a sponsored partner, agency, or business. Participants will receive job placement assistance and may be referred to the Workforce Solutions Borderplex or other agencies for support service (as applicable) such as supplies, books, transportation, and childcare.

Institute for Customer Service Excellence

A dedicated community resource and skills development/certification center which recruits, trains, assesses, and administers internet-based certification exams. Provides Customer Service Training, customizes customer service training for different industries, and provides on-line assessments to internal and external customers for professional certifications.
