Center for Students with Disabilities

The Center for Students with Disabilities (CSD) provides students, regardless of disability, if otherwise qualified, an equal opportunity to complete their educational goal through the provision of accommodations based upon their individual disability.

Eligibility

Students with disabilities, permanent or temporary, are eligible to receive services through the Center for Students with Disabilities. Student must provide documentation of their disability to a CSD Counselor when registering with CSD.

Registering with CSD

All verification information about students' disabilities is kept confidential.

Students with disabilities do not automatically receive accommodations. In order to access services, they must:

• Make an appointment with a CSD Counselor.
  
• Complete the intake form at the time of the appointment.
  
• The counselor will discuss the appropriate disability documentation at the time of the meeting with the student.
