Instructions

  1. Attend Tejano Passport Events

    View the Tejano Passport Event Calendar for a listing of qualifying events. This calendar is updated frequently. Event updates can also be found on our social media sites (located at the bottom of the page).Each event listing will tell you if the event has a "Special Event Code," "Permanent Event Code" or a "Volunteering Event Code". A Permanent Event Code is one always at that location, while a Special Event Code is a new code for that location and is only available during that event.

  2. Scan Event QR Codes

    (Free QR Scanner apps are available from the App Store or Play Store). Free Tablets pre-loaded with a QR scanner are available to borrow from any EPCC Computer Lab. SnapChat can be used to scan the codes too. If you can’t scan, take a picture and later on you can use any web browser to go to the website address underneath each code to log in. Remember that each code can only be scanned once to earn points.

  3. Enter your Username & Password

    It's the same information you use to log into campus email or campus computers. The Help Desk is available if you need help logging in. Employees at every campus computer lab can also assist you.

  4. Earn Points

    Participation earns you 2, 3 or 5 points, depending on the event. Volunteering always earns you 10 points.
    Click on the “Events Attended” tab in the app to see how many points you have accumulated. You can use the First Time Scanner QR Code (PDF) to enter the app.

  5. Medallions

    Earn a FREE medallion for graduation and wear your medallion at commencement to show off your #EPCCpride.
    Points accumulate throughout your entire time at EPCC.

    • Earn 75 points to receive a Silver Medallion.
    • Earn 100 points to receive a Gold Medallion.
    • Fill out the Medallion Application (PDF) for graduation.
