Forms

After being accepted in the Honors Program, students will work with Honors faculty to develop an Honors Project for their course and to complete the Student/Faculty Contract. Students and Faculty should complete the Honor's Contract together.

Student/Faculty Contract

Once the honors project is completed and the final grade is known for the course, Faculty should email the Honors Program with the following information so that Honors Credit may be recorded on the student's transcript for the course:

  • Student Name
  • Id Number
  • Course
  • Final Grade
  • Confirmation of Honors Project Completion

Enhanced Honors Program

In order to complete an Enhanced Honors Project:

  • Students commit to working with faculty in completing a paper that is at least 1000 words with a minimum of four academic references/sources and properly cited in MLA or APA format.
  • After completing the paper, it’s reviewed for approval by a faculty committee.
  • Once approved, the student will present their paper to the committee and answer from the committee.
  • Finally, the paper will be uploaded at the line below.
