Sexual Harassment Prevention

Students have the right to pursue their education in an environment free from sexual harassment. Unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment. The El Paso Community College does not tolerate the sexual harassment of students or employees. Additional information or assistance with filing a complaint may be obtained by calling the Employee Relations Department.

Inquiries concerning educational programs and services under Title VI, Title IX, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act should be directed to the Office of the Vice President for Student Services.

Inquiries regarding compliance in employment should be directed to the Office of the Associate Vice President for Employee Relations.
