Drug-Free Policy for EPCC Students

The unlawful manufacture, possession, consumption, distribution, sale, dispensation, or use of controlled substances, including marijuana or alcohol, or the appearance of a student under the influence of drugs or alcohol on campus grounds, at school-sponsored functions or while students are representing the College is prohibited at all times and is a violation of State law.

In addition to criminal prosecution, student offenders will be subject to disciplinary action by the College as outlined by the Student Code of Conduct.
