The mission of the Office of the Vice President of Finance & Administration is to deliver quality administrative and technical support to the College District in the areas of Budget, Finance, and Accounting, with the effective and efficient use of adequate resources.
Accounts Payable
Our mission is to provide professional and courteous customer service to our vendors, employees and students. The goal of the Accounts Payable Department is to provide timely and accurate payments to our vendors, employees and students in accordance with EPCC’s policies and procedures
Budgets Office
The Budget Office plans and coordinates budget activities, produces the annual budget, various statistical data, analysis and reports to District-wide offices and external agencies to empower management to effectively direct its human and financial resources.
Comptroller's Office
This website is provided to publish El Paso Community College's quarterly investment reports and the College's Investment Policy. The site is maintained by the Comptroller's office and reports will be updated quarterly following board meetings or whenever the investment policy might be revised. In keeping with the College's investment policy, investments are managed with Safety as its preeminent objective, followed by, in their order of importance, liquidity and yield.
Payroll Office
The Payroll Department is responsible for the disbursement of payroll to the employees of El Paso Community College. Any inquiries pertaining to the processing of payroll or employee deductions may be referred to the Payroll Department Directory.
Purchasing Office
The mission of the Purchasing & Contract Management Department is to facilitate the acquisition of goods and services in an effective and efficient manner, in compliance with the mission and policies of the El Paso County Community College District and the laws of the State of Texas.
