New Student Orientation
Starting college is an exciting new chapter, and we’re here to help you begin your journey with confidence. At El Paso Community College, all new students are required to complete New Student Orientation after admission and placement are finalized.
During NSO, you’ll get everything you need to start strong at EPCC:
- Discover Campus Life, student clubs & organizations, and ways to get involved
- Learn about Financial Aid and other support services available to you
- Explore academic resources, tutoring, and advising
- Get guidance on registration, testing, and student success tools
Our mission is simple: to make sure you feel prepared, connected, and inspired to achieve your goals at EPCC.
What to Bring on Orientation Day:
- Your Orientation Checklist
- Comfortable walking shoes (you’ll be exploring campus!)
- Any pending paperwork that still needs to be submitted
Ready to sign up?
You can register for an NSO session by phone, email, at any Testing Center, or by visiting our office.
Health Careers Orientation
Students who are interested in applying to any specialized admissions program in health and/or nursing will need to complete a Health Careers Orientation Session. This can be completed either ONLINE or via an IN-PERSON Health Careers Orientation session.
You can review the program guide of your particular Health Career Major for orientation requirements.
