Program Description

The Associate of Applied Science Degree in Business Management-Real Estate Option prepares individuals to enter the job market as Real Estate Agents. Students who have completed the AAS program will be fully prepared to take the exam for a Texas Real Estate Agent License. The Two-Year program emphasizes practices in owning, operating, and working in a small real estate business. The program of study allows students the option to strengthen their overall education and to select business electives in their area of special interest. The Business Management-Real Estate Option offers a Two-Year Associate of Applied Science Degree or a One-Year Certificate of Completion. The capstone course for the AAS is BUSG 2309, Small Business Management/Entrepreneurship.
