How to save from
the online databases

- To
save from the online databases, first click the "print" button.
- The
"print" button reformat the document (make it printer-save friendly, like this
one).
- Now, go
to File
- Click
"Save As."
- Name
your file
- Make
sure to select "text file" on the "save as type" window.
- If
in the library, make sure you are using the :A drive to save to a disc.
- Look
for the "Print" or "Save" button in other databases. For example on E-Library
and in America's Newspapers, click on the "printer friendly" button.
- Remember:
when printing or SAVING click always the "Print" button to reformat the document
and make it "printer or save friendly."
