On-Demand Training Initiative

Recognizing the difficulties in attending training during busy times or with limited travel monies, the TRC is actively leading an initiative to deliver training in a variety of innovative methods that allow participants to fit training into their schedules.   Short mini lessons on a wide range of topics delivered via email. Interactive demonstrations using Flash to guide the participant through a specific skill. Horizon Wimba technology to allow the participant to 'tune in' to live training from their desktop or home.  Archives of previous sessions can also be viewed at their convenience. Online self-paced workshops using Blackboard technology.
