Welcome to the Web site of Tutorial Support Services at the Valle Verde Campus of El Paso Community College. Every effort has been made to make these pages as "user friendly" as possible, so I hope you find them to be useful. On these pages you will find help in math and writing. Both of these major pages contain not only handouts in different aspects of Math and English that can be printed for your use, but also interactive quizzes that will help you test your skills.

You will also find links to some of the best tutorial centers across the country; if we do not have a specific item, chances are you will find it one of the other centers to which we are providing a connection. I encourage you to take the time to look around and get comfortable with all of these resources.

Students are assisted on a first-come, first-served basis. When using our online writing lab (OWL) or our math online lab (MOL), please remember that tutors are only available when the in-house centers are open. During busy times, students may have to wait up to 48 hours for a tutor to respond to a request. Every effort is made, however, to make the actual turn-around time much shorter than that. It is a good idea to submit requests early and often.
