Math Center: Math Submission Page

Ask us a Math Question:

1. When you submit a math problem using our webpage, a tutor will investigate the question and email you back some helpful hints and comments within 48 hours or less Monday through Saturday, possibly longer over weekends and holidays.

2. This is not a homework service, but an aid in finding solutions to your math problems with the goal of understanding the material.

3. Please make sure to check our math Handouts and Workshops, you may find that we already have answered your question.

4. When submitting your question show what you have done to solve the problem, including steps you have taken, your answer, why you think you are incorrect.

5. Please use the following symbols when submitting your question: Math Symbols in Email.

6. The tutors will only respond to five questions per student per week.

7. Remember that one-to-one tutoring in the Math Center may still be better for some problems and questions. Check our hours of operation.
