- STS Employees are allowed to work a maximum of 19 hours or a minimum of 12 hours per week
- Student's work hours are scheduled around their class schedule
- We attempt to schedule student's work into 3 to 4 hours shifts 5 days a week, whenever possible.

Wages: |
- The starting wage is $6.44/hr.
- Wage increases are assessed by accumulating points, receiving exceptional evaluations, and providing funding is available.
- Workshops are conducted periodically to enhance employee skills and to accumulating points.

Eligibility Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an EPCC academic class

Minimum 2.5 Grade Point Average (GPA)
