Q4. How can I obtain tutoring services?
Send us an email message specifying your needs and we will respond within 24 hrs.

Q5. How will I get my questions answered?
We will respond to you via email and may attach a Microsoft Word document. We may also refer you to the El Paso Community College Information Technology Help Desk at 831-6440.

Q6. How long does it take to receive an answer to a question or to a specific request?
We will usually respond within 24 to 48 hrs during the work week.

Q7. Are your services confidential?
Yes, we respect your privacy. We will not release any of your personal information (such as name, address, phone number, email address) to anyone, without your written consent.
