2000-2003 - Developed Curriculum for Biomedical Research Summer Program (BSEP).  I have been an active participant for developing and refining lab experiments that are essential for Biotechnology.

2000-2003 - Instructor for the science component for the BSEP during the past 4 summers.  Also, trained BSEP and RISE students to conduct research on the Rio Grande at Transmountain Campus. 

1999 - Supervisor of the NASA Research Training Activities of El Paso Community College

1995-1997 - Participant of the EPCC-UTEP Bridge to the Future Program (Trained EPCC students to conduct research at UTEP during the summer of 1996, 97, 98).  Participant of the WAESO  Program (Trained EPCC students to conduct research at the Transmountain Campus during the Fall and Spring of 1997)
