Dr. Devaney teaches geology at El Paso Community College - both online and in traditional formats. She has done field work in California, New Mexico, Illinois, and Indiana.
RESEARCH:
Palemagnetism and sedimentary rocks and with RISE: soil pollution. Dr. Devaney is also active in working to improve science education.
