The Board of Trustees of El Paso County Community College District requests Competitive Sealed Proposals for renovation services related to the TM Campus Classrooms Upgrade Project. General conditions and specifications may be obtained from the Purchasing & Contract Management Department, Room A147, Administrative Service Center, Building A, 9050 Viscount, El Paso, Texas 79925, from 8:00am to 5:00pm (MST/MDT), Monday through Friday except during institutional holidays, or downloaded via this website. Architectural drawings and specifications are available via this website. Pre-proposal conference will be held on Monday, February 19, 2017, 9:00am (MST/MDT), in Room 1005 of the TM Campus located at 9570 Gateway Blvd. North; El Paso TX, 79924. Proposals will be accepted by the District's Purchasing & Contract Management Department, at the aforementioned Viscount address or via the US Postal Service Mailing address: El Paso Community College, Purchasing & Contract Management Department, room A147, P.O. Box 20500, El Paso, Texas 79998-0500, until 2:00pm (MST/MDT) on Friday, March 2, 2018.
