
El Paso Community College's Professional Staff Association (PSA) consist of all full and part-time professional support staff members. The PSA is to assist, within the framework of the governance system, the College President in development, formulation and revisions of polices and procedures that he recommends to the Board of Trustees for its consideration and adoption. The PSA will serve the interests and general welfare of its members and the College community as they relate to policy and procedures issues.
