Schuster Family/Providence Hospital

Schuster, Eugenia  Hungarian aristocrat, married to Dr. Michael P. Schuster, studied piano under Franz Lizst.  Responsible for bringing opera singers from Europe to our city.  One of the organizers of the Woman's Club of  El Paso (1894).  active in many organizations.  ( Concordia Cemetery by Deen Underwood (reserves)  page  13)  Builder of El Paso MS by Thompson  Password article:  vol. 8 p. 123-127.

Dr. Michael P. Schuster, early dr for ASARCO, operated on General Huerta in 1916.  Established Providence Hospital.
