Chef Webb attended Scottsdale Culinary Institute and graduated from the program in the middle of 1990. Upon graduation, Chef Webb served as the Sous Chef for Baby Kay's Cajun  Kitchen in Scottsdale, AZ. After two years as the Executive Chef of Camlu, Chef Webb was offered an instruction position with Ysleta ISD, where he taught at the Academy of Science and Technology in YISD for over six years before moving on to take Division Assistant position for the Culinary Arts Program at El Paso Community College, where he remains today and serves as the Program Coordinator.

My Expectations:

It is my duty to meet the needs of students entering the Culinary Arts Program at El Paso Community College, and I hold this responsibility in the highest esteem. To this end, all my energies and activities are toward the betterment of young culinarians, both at EPCC and throughout the El Paso area in general. To accomplish this, I feel it is my responsibility to provide a solid framework for building a strong culinary foundation from which a student can launch their career. In order to meet these goals, I look upon your education as a two-way street; the career planning, determination and information that I provide; and your desire as a student to succeed in the Culinary Arts and Related Sciences field. With these two driving factors, together we will succeed in you accomplishing your goals. Understand that I do not believe in failure - I expect you to perform at your best at all times, I expect that you will be motivated to succeed, and I expect that you will be prepared to make the sacrifices necessary to succeed in this profession. My commitment to you is to open the door - but you must be willing to walk through it. Be prepared and know that I look forward to your success!
