Cunningham on Reserve.  Copies y at VV library and UTEP at HQ1906.E4C86.  Also at the public library at various branches at 367.9764962 CUN.  pp. 49-51,106, 109, 116, 130   Sarah Mott Rawlings was the guiding force behind the establishment of local YWCAs.  so that's another name to search.
