After four years of releasing their last production, the new and flaming CD from the group Cafe Tacvba titled “Sino” is ready. Before getting started with the production, the members decided to take a break of one year in order to join the pieces of “Sino”.

“A necessary break,” according to the weekly magazine Universo , commented the vocalist and leader of the band Ruben Albarran, who defined this plate as “emotional and introspective.”

“Each one is living very important things, for some reason whatever happens to you gets you closer to what you are and what you feel creating channels in which you can communicate,” added the vocalist and composer, now called Ixxixoo, in honor of a prehispanic jaguar.

The musicians try to include something very strange in the new pop CD such a battery solo, a little bit of new wave and some kind of psychedelic music.

Songs by the surrounding voice of Albarran, songs that escape from the traditional formats, vocal and guitar adjustments, a very powerful battery that for moments prevails and a keyboard that powers the shades, are some of the characteristics that excel from this material, maybe the more pop in their 18 years trajectory.

Even all of this, the new production from the band the new single “Volver a comenzar” has been material to talk about.
