Police seek VV flasher

The EPCC police department announced that an individual has exposed himself to more than one female student at the Valle Verde campus.

The incidents occurred at parking lot D (near the Hawkins exit and the ATC building complex) at approximately 5 p.m. on Oct. 10, and at parking lot L on Oct. 12 between the hours of 6:30 and 7 pm. 

In both instances there was no physical contact.

The male is described as a Hispanic male, heavy set, dark complexion, early 30’s in age, and was clean shaven.  He was wearing a dark blue baseball cap, white t-shirt, grey jogging shorts and mirror sunglasses with blue frame. 

He was driving a small white four door car, possibly a Ford Escort or a Dodge Neon, with tinted windows and paint that appeared to be peeling in the trunk area. 

The car also has minor body damage.older model four door vehicle, white in color, and was last seen driving away from the college using the Hawkins exit after the first incident.
