A nasty situation

What appears to some to be mold has been growing behind the wallpaper at VV, and plans for its inspection, removal and future prevention are uncertain.
Crinkled wallpaper, water stains on the ceiling tiles and a black substance on the dry wall on the second floor of the A Building caught the attention of people, who reported the potential health hazard the physical plant.

Program to help students track their progress

First-year students at EPCC and UTEP are being closely evaluated by members of the nation-wide program Foundations of Excellence (FoE).
The company, whose motto is “The First Year Matters,” involves an intensive study by faculty, staff and students on the academic experiences of college freshmen.
