SGA student photo contest winners to be exhibited
By Nathan Coleman

During the fall semester, the Transmountain campus’ Student Government Association (SGA) held a photo contest.

Of the 75 photos entered, 20 will be selected, enlarged and permanently mounted on the walls around the campus. A quote, which can be submitted by any EPCC student or faculty member, will accompany the photo.

The nominated quotes will be selected by a committed made up of faculty and SGA members. The quotes will serve as an inspiration for future students.

“I believe that this was a very well received contest. It was great to see so many people participate in it and we look forward to doing it again in the future years at other campuses said,” Darcy Traffansted, SGA secretary.

The size of the photos to be displayed is still to be determined. When the negatives and digital prints of the images arrive, the calculation will be made.

SGA also made it a point to thank certain faculty members for their support and assistance.
They would like to thank Speech instructor, Dr. Linda Brown and Art instructor, Thomas Mcllwain who were instrumental throughout the contest.

SGA would also like to congratulate all the participants in this event. Students are encouraged to stop by the SGA office to submit an inspirational quote.
