Foreign language program to visit Mexico
By Josh Weir

Have you ever thought of yourself as a world traveler? The Foreign Languages Department of EPCC is inviting all students to become just that.

During the summer, from May 15 through May 20 instructors will be taking a group of students to Colonial Mexico.

This trip features many destinations in the Cradle of Mexican Independence such as: Dolores, Hidalgo, Querétaro, San Miguel de Allende, León, and most importantly Patrimonio Cultural de la Lumanidad (World Heritage Site), and Guanajuato.

This will be a six day, five night trip. Traveling students will have the opportunity to learn first hand about Mexican culture. This will also give students the opportunity to practice Spanish in real situations and meet new people.

Professors of the Spanish discipline will be traveling with the group in order to enrich the learning experience available in these locations rich in history.

If interested in joining this group, the instructors will host a meeting in room B110 on Thursday, March 9, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:15 p.m.
