It did because I didn’t get to watch the TV shows I like. I watched other shows and new shows I never watched before. I read books, magazines, listened to music. I did anything to keep busy. |
Yes, being that almost 100 percent of the most popular shows have writers which are my shows and being that I am an avid TV watcher. I couldn’t even read the comics in the newspaper because they have writers and they were on strike too.
It’s not fair that writers aren’t getting paid for their talent. It affected me because I am a concerned viewer. I like to watch TV. A lot of people are being affected and it affects me because I care for the well-being of others. They are losing their jobs.
It didn’t affect me really, just when I got tired of Conan O’ Brian reruns. My activities at school and work keep me pretty busy. Television doesn’t have any positive or negative effect on my life.
