Toilet troubles

First, I must congratulate you on the lovely job of remodeling the ladies’ restroom on the second floor of the A Building, next to Dean Rodarte’s office. It has, however, inadvertently caused more problems than it has solved. Facilities studies across the nation have shown that the ratio of women’s vs. men’s restrooms should be two to one, given a 50/50 comparison. However, although the percentage of women vs. men at Valle Verde is much higher, our ratio of restrooms is 50/50.
This constitutes a problem in itself. Now with the remodeling of the women’s restroom, the number of stalls has been reduced from four to three, exacerbating the problem. At one time, it had been proposed that one of the men’s restrooms on each floor be converted to a women’s restroom. We believe that this is still a logical and feasible solution for a problem which presents serious health issues for the women at Valle Verde.
