Art lovers can purchase collectibles while watching TV, by participating in the 29th annual KCOS Art Auction.
Creations from local artists will be put on auction.
The pieces will range from $30 to $5000.
“There is a little bit of everything for everyone in every price range,” said Alicia Meier, director of special projects and major gifts.
“Our goal is to reach $50,000 every year,” said Meier. “Last year, we came close to $65,000.”
Funds go to purchase programming for KCOS, said Meier.
KCOS will air the auction on Feb. 21 from 7 to 10 p.m. and will resume on Feb. 23 from 2 to 10 p.m. and again on Sunday 24, from 2 to 9 p.m. on channel 13 and cable channel 12.
