“I don't think it will affect the college as much because the college is already in progress of getting better.”
“If the college hires a new person who is as well qualified as Dr. Rhodes and is able to continue what he has started, there shouldn't be a problem.”
“I don't know much about President Rhodes, but by him leaving there will be a great impact on the college. The concerns I have are the rise of tuition and transferring to universities. If he leaves, I hope the new president will create a program to work side by side with other universities like Texas Tech medical school, since it's here in town.”
“If Dr. Rhodes leaves, I think it will affect student enrollment. If the next president doesn't push for public support like Dr. Rhodes did, then it will be difficult to maintain the college without raising the cost of tuition.”“And if EPCC raises the tuition, student enrollment will definitely be affected.”
“I personally don't want him to leave. He will be deeply missed here. He has proven to be excellent with students and was instrumental to putting EPCC on the map. I don't know how it will affect the college if he leaves, but hopefully the next president will be able to pick up where he left off.”
