The EPCC Information Technology committee will host meetings to discuss the possible substitute of PCs in the college labs for Macs, that will contain both operating systems. Is this a good idea?

It’s too expensive. I think it’s going to be difficult because the programs will be different from what we already use. I used one before and it was hard to use. I think they should keep them the way they are.

I think it’s a good idea because there’s more safety and better security so they won’t break down as easily. They are more reliable than any other PC, and they are top of the line in the PC world. Macs have better programs than Windows and it has less wires.

I don’t think it’s a good idea. We should either have Macs or Microsoft, not both in the same operating system otherwise it can make them crash. I would use them if there is no other option, other than that it’s no good.

It’s a good idea because PCs usually use Microsoft Word or PowerPoint and are compatible with Macs. Macs are known to be less susceptible to viruses than PCs. Overall, Macs are pretty basic computers so they’re easier to figure out.
