Master Teacher Program

Master Teacher Mission

The EPCC MT program will provide EPCC faculty the opportunity to refine and expand their instructional strategies and tactics through classroom observation, reflection and communication.
 

Objectives:
  • Expose faculty to alternate instructional methodologies and philosophies
  • Create and update a best practices model of teaching techniques
  • Provide a prompt for faculty to think reflectively about their instructional tendencies, personal pedagogical philosophies and the process of student learning

Earning the title of Master Teacher:
 The Master Teacher Program will remain open to all adjunct and full-time faculty.
