Master Teacher Mission
The EPCC MT program will provide EPCC faculty the opportunity to refine and expand their instructional strategies and tactics through classroom observation, reflection and communication.
Objectives:
- Expose faculty to alternate instructional methodologies and philosophies
- Create and update a best practices model of teaching techniques
- Provide a prompt for faculty to think reflectively about their instructional tendencies, personal pedagogical philosophies and the process of student learning

Earning the title of Master Teacher:
The Master Teacher Program will remain open to all adjunct and full-time faculty.
