New Faculty Training Modules are available to you all day long every day of the year. The modules are created to give you the convenience of training at your own time, pace, and choice of location. You simply need to choose from the modules below, click on the link and follow along. When you complete the module you must print out the module's quiz, complete it and mail to Stacy Zeller-Mayo at VV Room 2207 in order to receive credit for the NFP.
All on-line new faculty training modules are worth 3 credit hours toward the New Faculty Program. Please see module descriptions to determine the category of training to which the module belongs.
Note: There is no limit to the number of modules you may complete.
Helping ESL Students Succeed
The purpose of this module is to provide new (and veteran) faculty with some principles and tools that will help them understand and work with ESL students to improve their English proficiency. (NFP Credit: 3 Hours Ethics & Diversity)
