Instructional Deans Instructional Deans at El Paso Community College have administrative responsibility for the instructional programs, and the faculty and staff assigned to their areas. Most instructional programs are offered on more than one campus. Each campus also has a designated Campus Dean who has additional responsibilities for campus facilities and the campus library. The one exception is at the Valle Verde Campus where the Dean of Architecture, Math and Science has administrative responsibility for the campus library.
