Counseling Goals


The counseling center is committed to providing the best possible academic and personal counseling services to students. It pledges its advocacy to the students through the delivery of resources, guidance, and academic success strategies, while instilling a positive attitude toward learning and achievement.
 

Counseling Objectives


The Counseling Department will strive to provide the best personal and academic counseling to students; develop technical and academic learning skills, including life-long career development skills; discuss career exploration; facilitate educational planning and degree plan review; provide personal counseling and professional development, services include career entrance assessment; assist with university research and transfer planning; and guide to personal decisions making; provide disability services; and guide international students.

Career Services Department offers resources for career exploration, self-assessment, and research on the world of work and placement skill development.  Career Services in all five campuses offers students a variety of services in career planning and exploration designed to assist in making an informed decision to maximize their career potential.

Degree Programs


EPCC GraduateDegree Information and Degree Plans
At EPCC, a student can receive a Certificate of Completion, Associate of Applied Science, Associate of Arts, or an Associate of Arts in Teaching. Counselors help ensure that students are following a degree plan that meets their career objective.
