Vision Statement

Child Care ServicesThe El Paso Community College Child Care program was established to provide childcare referral services for El Paso Community College students. The program strives to provide student/parents affordable, safe, and quality child care. Our goal is to help student/parents achieve their educational dream, excel with their educational studies, and graduate. All of our child care providers are licensed by
The Texas Office of Child Care Services.

Our Philosophy of Child Care

Child at Valle Verde DaycareNo parent should have to choose between taking care of their children and furthering their education. The El Paso Community College’s grant funded Child Care program provides on-campus and off-campus childcare when none had been available previously to EPCC students. The program helps support low-income students who want to work hard and get the education and training they need to improve their skills and their changes to build a better future for themselves and their family. EPCC helps student-parents acquire a college education by providing a safe, positive learning and
social environment for their children while the parent
attends classes.

Overview of the Child Development Program

Child Development Program is open to the community, faculty and staff, however, first priority is given to El Paso Community College students.
