Intramural Sports Modified House Rules For Co-ed Indoor Soccer.

FIFA soccer will be followed except for these modifications:
2. Player Equipment
3. Games will be played at the Valle Verde campus basketball
court.
4. Every team will consist of 5 players on the court and may have up
to 5 alternates.

A substitute player is allowed to come back into the game for another player,
by notifying the game official.

A team may start a game with 4 players, with one of those players being a female.

Team rosters turned in Must have at least 2 females on it, to be excepted.

There Must be 1 female on the court playing. If not,
that team will play the game one player short.

Goals by a female will count as 2 points
5. A game consists of 2 halves of 20 minutes each with a minute half.
6. Games can end in a tie.
Except during play-offs, where there will be a Shoot-Out.
7. Games will start promptly at the scheduled time according to the
Intramural Sports personal official's watch.
A five minutes "Grace Period" will be in effect after the game is scheduled.
Team may start with 4 players on the court (Must include a female)
8. Player Conduct- Intramural has a "Zero Tolerance" towards
any kind of misconduct towards players, fans and game officials.

Any player receiving a yellow card will have to sit down for 3 minutes.

Persistently addressing the game officials in regard to decisions/calls.
This will result in a Yellow Card.

Making derogatory remarks about the official(s) calls.
Result in a Yellow Card.

No Sliding. It will result in a Yellow Card.

Making any personal of degoratory remarks about or to an opponent.
Result in a Yellow Card.

Any kind of unsportsmanlike conduct or gestures will result in a Yellow Card.

Any player consistently displaying unsportsmanlike conduct will be disqualified from the remainder of the season, including play offs.

No Fighting. Any player or players fighting will be dismissed for the reminder of the season, including play-offs. the Campus Police will be called in.

Any player that has been Red Carded must leave the building in one minute.
If not the Campus Police will be called in to escort the individual off campus and be dealt with accordingly.
9. All Decisions/Calls by game officials are final. There are no appeals.
10. Passing the Ball.
11. Players assume all medical costs should any injuries occur.
12. Team that forfeits twice, will be disqualified from the league play
and replaced by another team. That team will assume their record.
13. The 10-10 Rule. The game will be stopped when a team is up by 10 points
with 10 minutes or less is left in the game.
14. Play-offs will be determined by the number of teams entered.
League play will determine the seeding.
15. Scoring

A win will count as 3 points, a lost as zero points,
and a tie one point for both teams.

Forfeit win, will count as a 2-0 score in favor of the team that
showed up and one mark against the team that didn't.
16. Players must be EPCC students. Show college ID card or
proof being a college student.
Official team roster Must be turned in before the second game.
There after Only the players listed on that roster will be allowed to play.
Game official will call out the players that are listed to play in the scheduled game.
