DUTIES & JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Instructional Services Center 831-2608 Yolanda Aguilar A2427 Responsible for providing duplicating and technical support services to faculty, administrators and college personnel.  Duties include operation of high-volume copier equipment, fax machine, shredder drill, completes and files all incoming work request, receives, sorts and distributes U.S. and college district mail and packages, sets up mail boxes and mail folders for faculty, answers telephones, takes messages and routes calls; requires stocking paper and delivering 25 lb. boxes of paper to the different requestors; must be a fast learner and able to lift boxes weighing 25 lbs or more; Must be able to speak English, work in high-stress dept., work well with co-workers and customer service, must be courteous, posses effective communication skills (oral and written), must be able to calculate simple math problems, must be dependable and honest.
