General office task such as answering phones, greeting clients, assisting clients with registering process, faxing, copying, making appointments and also reminding clients of their follow-up appointments; computer literate, read, write English, bilingual would be an asset but not mandatory, confidentiality a must; prefer social work or psychology major , but not necessary; Work Schedule:  Agency is open from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday.  Can accommodate any schedule during these hours.

Pride Center 534-7227 Angelica Terrazas 1001 Montana Leadership & development of youth & alumni of foster care; assist with answering phone & directing calls; monitor youth activities; set up & monitor clothes closet; monitor resource area; make copies; contact stakeholders of meetings; make reminder calls to CPS workers and foster care youth; must be friendly & courteous; able to perform light office duties; communication skills; must past criminal background check;  ability to work during PRIDE center hours of operation (Mon-Fri. 8:30-5:30 and/or some Saturdays from 9 :00 am – 12:30 pm.  Time schedule flexible to work around student’s academic schedule.
