EPCC does not use applications for graduation. The Registrar will notify eligible candidates for graduation during the fifth (5) week of the semester in which they become eligible for graduation. Students not notified, who think that they are eligible, may self-audit their records to see if they are eligible for graduation during the current semester. If eligible they may contact the Graduation Office at 831-2757, after completing their Degree Self Analysis. If they are not eligible after reviewing their degree evaluation report, they should contact their Counselor to find courses needed for their degree plan.
EPCC awards academic degrees every fall, Spring and summer semesters. Commencement ceremonies are only held in spring (May) and fall (December). Students are considered graduation candidates at the time of the commencement ceremony. Degrees are not finalized until 2-4 weeks after grades have posted for the end of the fall, spring and summer term.
Summer graduate diplomas are mailed 2-4 weeks after grades are posted in August. Students who are awarded their degree in the summer are invited to participate in the fall ceremony.
