 Graduation Eligibility

Instructions for Checking Graduation Eligibility for the current term. Read all instructions on what you want to do before clicking the Self Degree or What-If Analysis links below.


  1. LOGIN using your EPCC ID number and PIN.
  2. CHOOSE “Student & Financial Aid”.
  3. CHOOSE “Student Records”.
  4. CHOOSE “Degree Evaluation”.
  5. CHOOSE Term “Current Term”.
  6. CLICK “SUBMIT”.
  7. VERIFY Program: This is your declared major on file. If this is not the major you are following, visit with your Counselor ASAP. If the Program is your correct major, then continue to #8
  8. CHOOSE “Generate Degree Evaluation” at the bottom menu.
  9. CLICK on the radial circle to the left of “Program”.
  10. SELECT the current term you are planning to graduate.
  11. SELECT “Generate Request”.
  12. WAIT a few seconds while to allow system to display your degree evaluation report.
  13. If all degree requirements indicate in Green letters MET then call 831-2757. If the overall is RED “NO”, then scroll down to see what is missing or visit Counseling Services.

Which of my current EPCC courses apply to other programs? And, what other courses would I need to complete a different major?

  1. LOGIN using your EPCC ID number and PIN.
  2. CHOOSE “Student & Financial Aid”.
  3. CHOOSE “Student Records”.
  4. CHOOSE “Degree Evaluation”
  5. CLICK ON “What-If Analysis”
  6. CHOOSE ENTRY TERM: Current Term
  7. CONTINUE
  8. SELECT the desired program
  9. CONTINUE
  10. SELECT the First Major
  11. SUBMIT
  12. ENTER Evaluation Term (current term)
  13. CLICK on Generate Request
  14. WAIT a few seconds while to allow system to display your degree evaluation report.
  15. If all degree requirements indicate in Green letters MET then call 831-2757. If the overall is RED “NO”, then scroll down to see what is missing or visit Counseling Services
