The Payroll Department is responsible for the disbursement of payroll to the employees of El Paso Community College. Any inquiries pertaining to the processing of payroll or employee deductions may be referred to the Payroll Department Directory.


 Direct Deposit

Effective January 2006, all employees are required to use Direct Deposit as a means of receiving their payroll funds. Direct Deposit is the electronic deposit of funds to a bank account. Learn More

The Payroll Department adheres to its legal obligations by complying with federal and state laws along with El Paso Community College policies and procedures.
