ChemCenter, the Web site of the American Chemical Society, provides numerous resources to the Internet community. There are online publications, conference notices, links to other chemistry resources, an education center, and professional services to ACS members. There is also an electronic shopping center to allow online purchase of ACS books, journals, videos, science teaching materials and other chemistry-related products.

The Chemistry Hypermedia Project is a partially-NSF funded project at Virginia Tech. At this Web site, there are tutorials in analystical chemistry, electronics, ethics in science, general and inorganic chemistry, optics and lasers, and physical chemistry.
 
Chemistry In Context
Chemistry in Context is a Web site that was created for a one semester course taught at the University of Maryland in 1994. It was part an NSF-funded project called the Maryland Collaborative for Teacher Preparation. There are links to other chemistry resources as well as descriptions and syllabus for the course, and an interesting daily instructor's log.
